We source quality raw materials in Extrusion Rods, Bars, Profiles & Sections in Brass, Copper, Steel & Aluminum from our approved suppliers. They undergo a stringent quality check as per the incoming raw material inspection and quality plan to ensure end-to-end traceability.
Various operations viz Turning, Drilling, Grooving, Chamfering, Plunging & Parting are carried out at one center, in our indigenously made Automats ensuring consistent speed and accuracy of up to 20 microns, helping us churn out around 10 million parts per month of Brass Terminals, Brass Inserts & Brass Screws.
Multi-axis CNC Turning Center can ensure critical operations with specific tolerance of up to 10 microns in Metals such as Brass, Tellurium & ETP Copper, Steel & Aluminum.
Special Purpose Machines, customized for different components can carry out various operations such as Chamfering, Drilling, Tapping, etc with great speed and accuracy, resulting in faster turn-around time for Brass Inserts & Brass Terminals.
Parts requiring special drilling operations are carried out with customized Jigs and Fixtures using the poka-yoke technique to ensure error-free material.
Special Tapping operations in Metric, BA, BSW, UNC & UNF standards are carried out per Go & Not Go gauges.
Precise Stamping Parts as per customer’s specification are produced within 20-micron accuracy in different Metals viz Lead-free Brass, Copper, Mild Steel, Phosphorus Bronze.
Fully functional, in-house facility for making precise Jigs and Fixtures, special Tooling, Dies, and other special-purpose Machines.
Deburring and vibratory machines to cleanse the material.
Multiple high-speed cameras to inspect and avoid operation missing, short & damaged pieces, providing our valued customers’ error-free components.
